Systems Administrator

Salary: $46,000 - $71,000 a year
Full time position in our Redding office

The Systems Administrator is responsible for all onsite and remote service and support needs for our customers. This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. Systems Administrators support Senior Systems Administrators for individual clients and can also be responsible for a client as a lead technician.

    • Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve, and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner

    • Ability to speak to customers in clear terms about new products, different options, and answer any questions regarding those products and options

Senior Systems Administrator

Salary: $67,000 - $95,000 a year
Full time position in our Redding office

We're looking for a well-rounded and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to assist our team in maintaining server security and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and maintain systems, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and provide maintenance and performance tuning. This candidate must have a background in Linux administration, data backup procedures and storage management best practices.

Computer Specialist I  

Salary: Negotiable, Depends on Experience
Full time position in our Redding office

We're looking for a Full-Time Computer Specialist to assist our Professional Service team in deploying, managing and maintaining IT systems for our clients. This is a fast- paced position requiring the ability to be extremely versatile in your ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience in Desktop administration, networking concepts, data backup procedures and storage management. Server administration and Wireless experience is a plus. Your role will be critical in delivering reliable IT solutions and driving client success. 

    • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships. 

    • Minimum 2 years' field IT support experience preferably for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. 

    • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and common business applications.   

    • Physical Demands: This person must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; comfortable on step ladders and working in small, confined workspaces.  

    • Experience with setting up and maintaining systems in either an Azure Domain, Active Directory Domain or other common workgroups environments. 

    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

    • User and Endpoint Management: Assist with the setup of new user workstations, user account management and the physical tracking of IT assets.  

    • Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems that cannot be fixed remotely, working to restore service quickly and efficiently. 

    • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all service tickets, resolutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps in the company’s ticketing system.  

    • Work within a team as well as independently 

    • Manage and optimize users working in Office 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. 

    • Collaborate with internal and client teams on IT project planning and execution. 

    • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices. 

    • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding and addressing client needs effectively. 

    • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

    • Driving throughout Shasta, Tehama, Butte and surrounding counties.  Travel up to 30% weekly with no overnights.  

  • This is a Full-Time schedule requiring approximately 40 hours per week.  You will be working five days per week, eight hours per day.  These shifts can be from 7am-5pm, from Monday-Friday. Overtime offered.  Rotating On-Call Hours Required.
